Frequent questions

Are there any detailed instructions for the use of equipment?

Each lift is equipped with an instruction manual. Before transferring the equipment, our specialists will demonstrate all its functions and teach them to use it. When transmitting the client to the client, a detailed installation instructions are provided. Electronic versions of the operating instructions are available on our site.

When should I return the rented equipment?

The equipment must be returned no later than 10 o’clock in the morning of the next business day, if it is returned later, this day will be considered a day of rent and will be charged for a rent.

What if the rented equipment does not work?

In case of breakdown or improper operation of the equipment, you must immediately inform the technical service by phone on the equipment. If you can’t solve the problem remotely during a telephone conversation, a mechanic will go to the object for detailed diagnostics and repair. If it is not possible to carry out the repair quickly on the facility, the equipment will be immediately replaced with the same. If the equipment is diagnosed that the breakdown occurred due to the customer’s fault, it must compensate for the damage caused.

Do you need to pay for the fuel used?

All diesel lifts are leased with a full fuel tank, under the terms of the lease, the customer is obliged, as well as to return the lift with a full fuel tank. If the equipment is not returned with a full tank, the amount for consumed fuel is added to the lease.

Do you need to pay rent for weekends and holidays?

We do not count the rent of equipment on Sunday and official holidays. It should be noted that all equipment is equipped with special equipment that fixes the operation of the equipment, so if the equipment works on weekends and holidays, the rent will be calculated for such days at a standard daily rate.

They are designed for various surfaces, balancing load capacity and compact size, making them ideal for tight spaces. The working height for scissor lifts ranges from 4.2 to 22 meters.

Articulating Boom Lifts

Articulating boom lifts are used in hard-to-reach areas, where scissor lifts cannot access. With their flexible arm structure, they provide access to even the most challenging locations. The working height for these lifts varies from 7.65 to 48.33 meters.

Aluminum Mobile Scaffold Towers

These mobile and modular tower scaffolds are used for high-altitude work. They feature adjustable wheels and legs, making them highly stable and capable of withstanding heavy loads.
