Robirent.ge – is an electronic website located at www.robirent.ge. Social network accounts – Robirent.ge accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or other social networks, which provide information about the Company and its equipment rental services. Browser – a program designed to display web pages (websites) on the web or on a personal computer. Personal data – is any information relating to a natural person, i.e., a data subject whose identity is known or whose identity can be directly or indirectly identified by reference to data such as a personal identification number, one or more factors that characterize the physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics of the person. It is possible to use robirent.ge only by providing personal data when submitting a request for equipment rental. The purpose of the privacy policy rules is to regulate the processing of personal data on the Company’s website robirent.ge, ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other related legal acts. The Company’s website robirent.ge may contain links to and from the websites of the Company’s partners, advertisers, and related persons. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE, AND USE PROCEDURES

On the robirent.ge website, the Company provides the possibility for the User to submit a request for equipment rental, specifying personal data: (i) Name; (ii) Email; (iii) Subject matter; (iv) Question. If the User does not agree to provide this data, they have the right not to provide data and not to fill out the request form. The above data is stored for 6 (six) months from the date of the User’s request. The Company undertakes not to disclose the User’s personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• If there is the User’s consent to the disclosure of Personal Data;
• Company partners who provide services related to the proper execution of the Services ordered by the User;
• The Company may also transfer the User’s Personal Data to third parties acting as data processors on behalf of the Company under relevant agreements ensuring data protection;
