Each lifting machine comes with an operating manual. Before handing over the equipment, our specialists will demonstrate all its functions and show you how to use it correctly.

The equipment must be returned no later than 10:00 AM on the next business day. If it is returned after this time, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

If the equipment malfunctions or does not operate properly, you must immediately notify our technical service center by phone. If the issue cannot be resolved through telephone support, our representative will come to the site to perform a detailed diagnosis.

All diesel-powered lifts are rented with a full fuel tank. Under the rental terms, the customer must return the equipment with a full tank as well.

There is no rental charge for weekends or public holidays. However, all equipment is fitted with a device that records its operating hours. If the equipment is used on a weekend or public holiday, the rental fee will be charged at the standard daily rate.

A deposit is required. The amount of the deposit is determined based on the customer’s credit history.

The deposit can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. A cash deposit is refunded in cash when the equipment is returned, while a deposit paid by bank transfer is refunded within 1–2 business days.

Private individuals:
For the first rental, the renter must provide a valid identity document and consent to a credit history and personal data check. Before the rental begins, a deposit is required to cover potential damage to the equipment and any consumables used.

Companies:
An equipment rental agreement must be completed. Based on the company’s credit history, appropriate payment terms will be assigned. The rental agreement must be signed by the company director or an authorized representative.
