Lease Conditions
For Private Persons:
- When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded.
- The lessee must present an identity document.
For Individuals and Legal Entities:
- The Lessor has the right to request an advance payment before handing over the Inventory to the Lessee.
- The Lessor has the right to request a financial security guarantee (Deposit) from the Lessee. The deposit amount is determined by the Lessor but must not exceed the purchase value of the inventory.
- The Lessee must pay the deposit via bank transfer. The deposit is refunded within 1-5 working days to the bank account specified in the contract.
- Sundays and public holidays are not included in the rental price if the inventory is not used on those days.
- Lift working day – 8 hours per day; for each additional hour, a charge of 12.5% of the rental price for that specific equipment unit applies. All machines are equipped with transmitters that record working hours.
- The Lessee must return the Inventory in technically good condition, clean, and in no worse condition than it was at the beginning of the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.
- Upon return, the Lessee must also provide all accompanying accessories (instructions, operating rules, etc.). If this obligation is violated, the Lessor has the right to perform the necessary cleaning and repairs at the Lessee’s expense, based on the Lessor’s service pricing.
- The Inventory is handed over with a full fuel tank, and the Lessee must return it in the same condition. If the Inventory is returned with an incomplete fuel tank, the Lessor will refill it, and the Lessee must compensate for the cost of the fuel.
Inventory Return Time:
- 08:00 – 18:00 or by 10:00 a.m. the next day (for autolifts and trailer-type lifts: 07:00 – 08:00).
- If the inventory is not returned within this timeframe, a full day’s rental fee will be charged.
- The Lessor has the right to refuse to issue the inventory if the Lessee:
- Fails to present the necessary identity documents.
- Fails to pay the required deposit.
- Has outstanding debts.
