The most commonly asked questions

Are there detailed instructions on how to use the rental equipment?

Before issuing each lift, our mechanics will show you all the features of the lift and how to use it.

When do I need to return the rental equipment?

The equipment must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on the next working day (after this time, it is counted as a new rental day).

What happens if the rental equipment breaks down?

If the equipment breaks down, you should notify your manager about the breakdown as soon as possible, or, if possible, take the equipment back to the nearest Bokštelis.lt warehouse. Depending on the complexity of the situation, the equipment may be replaced with the same or similar one, or a mechanic may be sent to the location to carry out repairs at the lift’s workplace. The person who has inspected the equipment determines whether the failure is due to the customer’s fault and, in case of damage caused by the customer, it is assessed and the customer must pay for it at his own expense.

Do you have to pay for the fuel you use?

All lifts are issued with a full tank of fuel and must also be returned. If the lift is returned with an empty tank, an additional charge for the fuel actually consumed will be added to the rental invoice, based on the price determined by Robirent.ge

After renting the equipment, do you have to pay for weekends and holidays?

We do not calculate the equipment rental on weekends and holidays, but all lifts are equipped with special equipment that records lift activations, deactivations and working hours. All days the equipment is used are charged at the standard daily rental rate for the specific lift.

Do I need to leave a deposit for the rental tool?

A deposit is required. The amount of the deposit is determined after evaluating the customer’s credit history. The deposit can be left in cash or by bank transfer (after paying for the rent, the deposit is returned in cash immediately upon returning the equipment, and the deposit by bank transfer is returned within 1-2 working days).

What are the rental conditions for legal entities and individuals?

Physical persons:

When renting for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded;

The tenant must provide a valid identity document;

The tenant signs the consent for the physical verification of personal data in the Credit Info system;

Before renting the equipment – a deposit is requested for possible damage to the equipment and used and unreturned fuel.
